Buddah Hand

I always love buying something strange at a grocery store. I went into Whole Foods yesterday and found a Buddah’s Hand. This is a citron fruit that is often used to perfume clothing in Asia and used anytiime you might want to use a lemon. We made a fantastic salad dressing from Todd+Diane’s website with arugala salad. I have quite a bit of Buddah’s hand left to use. More to come…
