Not too sweet and not too sour-Just right teriyaki sauce for chicken or steak
This is the simplest of recipes and yet it is remarkably delicious. It requires that you use fresh ginger and garlic as written and not use powered or dried ingredients. This sauce is teriyaki but it is not overly sweet. My father liked his steak so this was used far more often on steak than chicken and is best if grilled on the barbeque.
