I’m making my own liquors…

Elena bought me the book Drinking French.  As part of that, I have started making a few of my own liquors to use in my French cocktails. I have a tarragon liquor brewing and  I began a batch of Guignolet which is a cherry liquor.  I also I bought three Sevilla sour oranges to make an orange liquor called vin d’orange.  Not ever heard of sour oranges? I hadn’t either and they ARE sour.  They will sit in my wine several months to make the liquor.  Stay tuned.
